A New Mascot for a New Habitat!
Kia Ora, welcome to LH7! Miss Brambor, Miss Love and Miss Saunders are thrilled to have joined a new Learning Habitat filled with some many amazing learners. This year, we have a superhero theme infused throughout our learning space! Why you ask? Well, just like superheroes... One of our first collaborative ice-breaker activities to bond as a new team was to design our own class mascot. Thankfully, the wonderful Miss B is a skilled sewer, so she offered to make any design that the learners come up with. After many discussions, diagrams and votes from everyone, we'd like to introduce you to our new class mascot (designed by Isaac, Nima and Ouryu)... With such an adorable drawing and explanation for a penguin mascot, they gained so many of the teams votes! Watch this space for a photo of the handsome little penguin himself!
